1. Payment

Prepayment
After receipt of your written order confirmation, transfer the amount to our account within 14 days. We ship the
Goods immediately after receipt of payment.

2. Shipping Method

We only send insured packages. Examples of package fees in Euro:

Damage to the shipment: Please check the package for damage when you take it. Complaints must be made immediately to the
Take-over documents must be acknowledged, as no damage compensation will be paid by the freight carrier.

3. Delivery / Delivery Time

The delivery by us is subject to reservation that we are supplied correctly and in due time and not production-related Delays. Compensation, even in the case of delayed or incomplete delivery, is excluded, as far as no rough Negligence. In case of non-availability of the goods, we will inform you immediately and a possible advance payment will be made immediately.

Unless otherwise agreed, we will ship the goods as soon as possible after receipt of your order.

3rd Subsequent delivery There is no subsequent delivery, or only after arrangement. If an item is not available, the product must be ordered again
